Automatic speed variation by D.C. drive with electronic wire loop control.
Newly designed flat wire feed by precision crank system with face gripper.
Continuously operating precision straightening unit with D.C. drive and electronic control system. Electronic thickness wire gauge and dent profiling system for tolerance compensation.
New flyer system with binding (spacer) wire brake for winding absolutely regular springs. On request with automatic control of binding (spacer) wire.
Clearly layed-out panel and control screen for central control of all machine functions. Failure indications at control panel with automatic stop of the machine.
