ST-1001 Automatic PE Shrink fabric Packaging Machine
The automatic fabric packaging machine is formed from three parts: fully automatic packaging machine, Heat shrink packaging machine, Belt conveyor(or with cloth turning function). If needed, also could equipped fabric climbing machine for transfer fabric.
1.Fully automatic packaging machine
Model: ST-2300/ST-2800/ST-3300
Constituent parts: conveyor, automatic PE film feeding device, PE film sealing & cutting device.
Function: send the fabric via conveyor, automatic coating of PE film and cut the extra material, then sealing the film at 3 places.
2.Heat shrink packaging machine
Model: ST-3500
Main function: it’s a downstream equipment of packaging machine. Using plate heater to heat the air and shrink PE film by circulated convection.
-. Cloth rolls automatic convey to the heating channel by conveyor.
-. Must choose shrink PE film.
3.Belt (canvas) conveyor
Model: ST-345 belt conveying
ST-355 belt conveying with cloth turning function
Main function: It is configured in front of or behind the PE Shrink fabric Packaging machine. lt conveys the cloth rolls to the next process.
